A very old view of Floriana from Valletta showing the original church before the new facade was constructed in 1884. The area between the two cities is a maze of ravelins and fortified walls. One can notice the diamond shaped St. Magdalen Ravelin, which was later demolished to construct the tram and bus terminus.

Another interesting general view of Floriana. The photo was probably taken from City Gate.

The statues of St. Publius and St. Paul in a procession together on the granaries to celebrate the Centenary of St. Paul's arrival in Malta. The event took place on the 23rd of July, 1960.

The small square in front of the entrance to the Mall gardens. The bronze statue of Grand Master Vilhena, still occupying this site, is nowadays relocated and replaced by the Independence Monument.
